What if it's raining?
The field is open every day in (almost) all weather. We only close for serious storms or unsafe ground conditions, in which case we contact affected bookings to reschedule at no charge.
How do I get a loyalty code?
Guests staying at our sister site, Fields End Water, are sent a loyalty code with their booking confirmation. Use it at checkout to unlock the resident rate (£1 off every slot).
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we can move payments if given 24 hours notice by email.
Is the field suitable for nervous or reactive dogs?
It's a great fit. Every booking is private, fully fenced to 5ft, and there is a bolt on the gate. There are no other dogs on site during your slot, and the car park has dedicated spaces close to the gate so you don't need to cross paths with anyone.
